Traum in Berlin

I had a dream last night that democracy had reached a state in whatever society I was part of in the dream world, where whenever there was any discrepancy in the election process, the election was re-called before the outcome was determined. The result of this, there being so many discrepancies, was that the idea of an election was running constantly in the background of society 'like a waterfall', as my dream-mind put it, with never any outcome.
